VINTAGE II

Located in Calgary’s ‘Warehouse District’, the eight-storey Vintage II office building is designed to complement the Vintage I to the East - an historic warehouse retrofitted for office use.

Vintage II draws from the Warehouse District vocabulary exemplified by Vintage I, featuring brick and sandstone construction, capped and arched windows, and symmetrical design.
The two buildings share a common lobby, parkade, and street-level courtyard, as well as a rooftop patio over the lobby on the building’s north side. Vintage II has an additional patio on the west side of the building.
