PLAYA DEL SOL

Playa del Sol is a 283-unit resort condominium in Kelowna, B.C.. Playa celebrates the seasonal aspects of the leisure lifestyle with warm, autumnal colours and forms taking inspiration from the surrounding landscape.

In plan, the development wraps around a two-storey above-grade parking structure, on top of which is a private amenity space that includes pools, hot tubs, rest and BBQ areas, landscaping, and pedestrian walkways.
The corner of the site at street level hosts commercial retail spaces.
The building includes a coffee house and a two-storey lounge/restaurant with an elevated outdoor patio.
