MOUNT ROYAL VILLAGE WEST
Mount Royal Village West is a new development directly west of the existing Mount Royal Village, at the intersection of 16th Avenue and 8th Street SW. MRV West is pursuing LEED Silver certification.
This three-storey mixed-use project respects the existing gradient of uses along 16th Avenue between 8th and 9th Street SW, leading from commercial uses at 8th Street westward to high-density residential and a city parkette at 9th Street. As part of our design, we are relocating this parkette from the middle of the block to the more usable west edge.

The 9,171 sq. m. project will include a supermarket, an urban Canadian Tire store, and a mix of retail units and office space.

Limestone and brick masonry combine with metal and glasswork in a design that considers the built context without replicating it.
