Our scope of work included the master plan and conceptual layout of the entire site, as well as prime consultant services for the overall design and for construction of two towers and the parking and commercial units (excluding the grocery store). The master plan for London includes:

1212 residential units in 4 towers (2 towers have been completed), the tallest of which will reach 76m in height.

1860 structured parking stalls distributed across a 4 level below-grade parkade and a surface lot. The parkade can be accessed from Horton Road and from the surface lot along MacLeod Trail.

80,000 sq. ft. of retail anchored by a grocery store.
LONDON
London at Heritage Station is a mixed-use, transit-oriented development located along the busy MacLeod Trail commercial corridor. London follows principles of smart development in intensifying this established neighbourhood. In addition to high-density residential towers, the development includes a major food store along with several commercial retail units. The outcome is an inclusive, walkable micro-community that includes a bus loop, walking access to light rail transit, and vehicular access to MacLeod Trail.
