LIGHTHOUSE LANDING
This Northeast Calgary project includes a total of 500 condominium units in five four-storey wood frame buildings, complemented by 220 townhouse units. Our scope of work included a master plan for the 8.25 hectare site, along with prime consulting services for the entire project, constructed in three phases. Architecturally, the design draws on a colonial vocabulary in the use of gabled roofs, corner turrets, columns, window treatments, and details.
The master plan includes a lighthouse feature and abundant green space; a layout that regulates traffic flow helps to ensure that the site is safe and walkable. Maximizing its lakeside location, the site includes a gazebo for residents and has close access to walking trails. Retaining walls create a natural boundary separating the site from the public area around the lake.
The multifamily buildings comprise 49 1-bedroom units and 231 2-bedroom units, with the following distribution:

Multifamily building parking includes 224 underground stalls, with an additional 112 surface stalls.
