This 11-storey office development is being constructed adjacent to the Golder Building – another office project for which Abugov-Kaspar provided services to the same client. As with the Golder Building, our scope of work includes bringing the project through the Development Permit, Building Permit, construction documentation, tendering, and contract administration phases.

  • Epic at Interplex includes a total Gross Floor Area of nearly 269,682 sq.ft. along with a multi-level parking structure.

  • The project incorporates sustainable building systems and construction practices, and is designed to give the anchor tenant the option of a LEED Silver rating.

  • One common electrical room is provided per floor for the convenience of tenants, maximizing the layout flexibility for tenant fit-outs.
