Located in Calgary’s ‘Warehouse District’, the eight-storey Vintage II office building is designed to complement the Vintage I to the East - an historic warehouse retrofitted for office use.

  • Vintage II draws from the Warehouse District vocabulary exemplified by Vintage I, featuring brick and sandstone construction, capped and arched windows, and symmetrical design.

  • The two buildings share a common lobby, parkade, and street-level courtyard, as well as a rooftop patio over the lobby on the building’s north side. Vintage II has an additional patio on the west side of the building.
