Gates of Walden balances the needs of motorists and pedestrians. Multiple vehicle access points and drive-through services provide ease of mobility while giving pedestrians priority through extensive right-of-ways, sidewalks, and rest areas. An abundance of trees and green edges ensure that the site will mature into an inviting public space with shading and natural shelter.

Major tenants were confident in our ability to move beyond standard store prototypes while retaining a high standard of design and strong brand visibility. As a result, the buildings combine branding with design elements that impart a distinctive character to the overall site.
