Abugov•Kaspar for the same developer. The site includes a public plaza between buildings, andboth buildings share a common below-grade parkade.
The tower includes 17 one-bedroom units and 89 two-bedroom units in a total of 148,741 sq. ft. with a Floor Area Ratio of 6.46.
