Professional Experience

Mr. Kaspar is the creative force at Abugov Kaspar and is in charge of all aspects of architectural and interior design. With over 30 years experience in the building industry, Mr. Kaspar, a "Hands-on Principal", is involved in projects from conceptual design to site inspections.

Mr. Kaspar heads and develops the firm’s award winning design team.

Mr. Kaspar's knowledge of construction methods and materials in combination with his imagination enables him to produce projects that are original in their design, suited to the clients' needs and practical in both their construction and cost.

In the past, Mr. Kaspar taught design at The Alberta College of Art at S.A.I.T., Calgary, Alberta and guest lectured at various schools including Mount Royal School of Interior Design. 

Mr. Kaspar leads the firms  international business development and has been involved in projects in USA, Russia, Czech & Slovak Republics, Poland, Mexico, China & Taiwan, just to name a few.
