As an original member of the Abugov Kaspar team Mr. Melnyk’s expertise lies in his diverse knowledge of the construction industry, which has been acquired over a career spanning 37 years.

Mr. Melnyk has taken on a wide variety of roles throughout his career, including:

• Architectural Technician
• Project Job Captain
• Specification Writer
• Contract Administrator
• Project Inspector
• Office Administrator

This experience has included virtually all types of architectural building categories such as: single family residential; custom residential building; multi-family and high rise multi-family structures; clubs and sports buildings; banks and personal service buildings; restoration and upgrading projects; industrial buildings; theatres and museums; arenas, community centres and fire halls; elementary and high schools; health care; special user facilities; as well as land use redesignation studies and building code upgrading studies.

Mr. Melnyk is a "Hands-on Associate" involved in the production of contract documents, specification writing and contract administration for most of the firm’s projects.

Mr. Melnyk heads the development of Abugov Kaspar technical staff and everyday office operations.
