Mr. Abugov is a Principal and managing partner at Abugov Kaspar with
over 25 years of consulting experience as both a Registered
Architect and Professional Engineer.
Mr. Abugov is uniquely qualified to coordinate and manage all
disciplines involved in every project. Mr. Abugov handles most
development approvals and is comfortable and very capable in public
speaking and presentation of projects to Communities, Planning
Commissions and Municipal Council members.
Mr. Abugov has a broad understanding of development issues including
land and building development economics.
Mr. Abugov is a LEED accredited professional and an advocate of
sustainable design.
